Course Overview

Our Film, Television and Video Production Operations course is an exciting curriculum that provides the skills required to work at an assistant level in the film and television industry by making 4-5 films in year one.

  • Directing
  • Camera and Lighting
  • Sound
  • Editing
  • Film Analysis
  • Studio

Graduates of this course are ultimately qualified for employment in the following areas: Production Assistant; Assistant Director; Camera Assistant; Junior Offline Editor; Sound Assistant.
Many of our 1st year students productions are invited to International Film Festivals where they compete with professionals and often win prestigious awards.

Course Duration: Full time for eight months
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

This course is not available on a part-time basis

Entry Requirements: Grade 12 or Equivalent

All shortlisted applicants will be required to undergo an interview for selection.
